OUR STUDIOS
Surat Studios offers 11 private, open plan studio units designed for comfortable short and extended stays. Nine studios are standard queen bed units, with two fully self contained accessible studios available. Each studio includes its own undercover parking space positioned directly out the front.

ACCESSIBLE STUDIOS
Two studios are designed to support accessibility needs, including bathroom and kitchen facilities suitable for assistant aid. The property is level, open plan and within easy walking distance to local services, dining and the river walk. Please contact us prior to booking if you have specific accessibility requirements.
TO ENSURE A COMFORTABLE STAY FOR EVERYONE
• No pets permitted (registered support dogs permitted in accessible studios)
• No smoking inside studios or within 10 metres of door fronts
• Quiet hours apply from 9pm to 6am
• Check-in is 2pm, Check-out is 9:30am
• Early check-in may be available upon request
